Women of Faith Concert Breaks Into a Mosh Pit When DJ Accidentally Plays Demon Hunter Cover of Oceans
NASHVILLE- The three hundred women of the National Women of Faith Concert had no idea they would be leaving the park with bruises and fractures after the worship session. The event was supposed to end with a rousing score of Oceans by Hillsong, in which the ladies would hold up candles and sway majestically to the beautiful song. Instead, the whole venue was treated to the face-melting shred fest of Demon Hunter's cover of the song.
Immediately, women began pushing each other as the double pedal drums exploded. A few ladies started using their weight to tackle the smaller youth girls. A crowd surfer was brutally power bombed through a table. As the lead singer of Demon Hunter started to gurgle and scream the bridge section, the attendees decided that it felt right to light the purity ring pavilion center on fire. Lauren Daigle, a prolific faith speaker, and singer was caught on tape smashing her guitar into Priscilla Shirer's torso. The 100 foot Prayer Quilt that was to be donated to refugees in Uganda was torn to shreds by a cadre of women who were chewing it up in their teeth.
As the song faded out, the Women of Faith concert was a war zone of battered and bruised women. Many had to rush to the hospital to get their teeth replaced, while others limped back. Luckily, the worship team calmed things down with a rendition of Good Good Father and the Women of Faith were back to crying, hugging, and flag dancing.
