"Original story, 4K graphics, innovative cyber punk atmosphere, robot dinosaurs," Michael Strazinski screams at the top of his lungs while customers stand in line at a Gamestop.
Since the release of Nintendo's award winning Breath of the Wild, more and more open world fantasy gamers have switched from Horizon Zero Dawn. Guerrilla Games, developer of the highly acclaimed, Horizon Zero Dawn is aggressively trying to win back the fans who ran to Nintendo's offering like sheep.
"I don't get it," Ron Swardson, Guerrilla Marketing Associate, exclaims, "It's a celshaded elf in leggings still relying on N64 play mechanics! How is this beating our high tech original game?"
Since sales of Guerrila's game has decreased, the company has resorted to making some extreme changes in their marketing. Advertising now involves visiting local Gamestops and begging gamers to come to their senses.
"This isn't a hard decision," Michael pleads with a twelve year old at the check out line, "We are the future! Your game is just Minecraft with an elf!"
