Core Life Games has hit pay dirt! They are out to make a game that no one has ever played before. How do they get ready? By only playing the games that everyone has played before. Metroid and Castlevania.
Their newest game, Castletroid, has a unique monster-killing hero that uses a long weapon to fight hordes of the undead. He visits a never-seen-before haunted castle with hundreds of rooms, traps, and puzzles. Get this! The hero needs to solve puzzles by acquiring new gear from beaten enemies. Wow! Innovation!
Not to brag, but the whole game will be made in retro 16-bit graphics to exclusively take the gamer back to a retro era.
But wait, there's more. This game will be very difficult. There won't be a lot of mercy for new players. Certain developers noted that it will take a very DARK SOUL to complete the game.
As of now, developers of Core Life Games are sitting back, waiting for the Indie Game Awards to notice their instant smash hit.
