Jeff Parsons is a long-time anime fan, which is why he prefers his anime movies in the original Japanese with English subtitles. Consequently, he also loves his president speeches in their original double-talk with English subtitles.
"I want to hear the original voice speak in its double-talk, but still understand what they are really saying," Parsons says.
President Trump speeches are his favorite series to watch, because he can almost make out the words he is using. "Bigly economy," "Bad, bad Dems," and "she is ugly" being a few of the original broken words that he can understand.
"I used to listen to the dubbed version, but I think it took away from what was actually being said."
