Nintendo apologizes for making a game you would actually want

"It was a big misunderstanding," claimed Nintendo's game concept director, Mitch Nakamura. "We just wanted to shoot out a pretty decent game. We didn't expect everyone to love it."

Nintendo has received tremendous fame as Zelda's Breath of the Wild has received perfect scores by over ten major gaming publications. It has also sold out in game stores all over the country.

"This is really too high of a bar for us," Mitch claims. "We see a lot of people getting disappointed when they expect our other games like Mario Party to be made with that much quality. That is definitely not going to happen."

Nintendo sent out an official press release apologizing to any gamer who was compelled to believe the decades old company could make something worth coveting.

"We don't want anyone thinking that every game will be like this. In fact, if you could just continue believing that Mario Tennis, Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart and Animal Crossing will just be slightly better than "meh" that will really work for us."
